Santa Is Here!

Went to see Santa in town on Friday as he made a quick stop and later that night went to see him again a few hours later at the Bass Pro Shops with a friend. It was a very nice Friday. Natalia again went to see Santa a third time at my parents church Christmas party.

Introduced Natalia this weekend to yet another classic in The Munsters. She likes them sometimes. Now if I can get her to like the Andy Griffith Show.

About 2' of snow and back to winter mode. Finally got the driveway clear but still need to clean up the deck. More snow expected around Tuesday but not as much.

My job at the NOSC is over and back to my normal job Sunday. I will miss the normal PT sessions with OS1 and the topics of conversation. So far decent hours for this week. It always seems to amaze me how ignorant people are. Always amazes me the so many on government aid but yet they have hundreds of dollars of junk to buy. That's the part that really slowly gets to me. This combination sadly is where I feel our country in general is moving towards. Thank God not all of us are like this and there is a glimmer of hope.

While at the NOSC the discussion about the 50 Shades Of Grey book came up and me and another Doc told ourselves we would read it. He got it for his wife in hopes of some ... Me? I'm just curious what all the fuzz is about. However I doubt I will read it with so many books already on my wish list.

This week we also saw yet another random act of violence. Again gun control is being pushed by the media. I will say here I believe we all should have the right to arm ourselves. I know it is against what media and government are trying to brainwash us with. We never really hear about all these acts stopped by bystanders with concealed weapons. Those always get pushed to the side or misreported. Not many know of a Portland shooting at a mall this same week which was stopped by a bystander carrying a concealed weapon.  Many such acts happen often but are usually never reported. No, we hear about the Sandy Hook school where the government passed laws where no weapons can be within 1000' and a school where real stupid security was employed. Strict laws where passed but it still happened. How can that be? Instead, now I see the government over the years making these shooters have mental conditions where they need medications thus I see a future where all our children will be forced to be on medications dictated by pharmaceutical companies to make bigger profits. Nowhere do we read about these shooters causing this because they were on medications which were not working. No, those facts get pushed to the side in reports. We can have a government that has weaponized drones killing people from far away and a president whom has no problems stating he has a "kill list". We have no problems killing defend-less civilians all over the world and it is OK, but we cannot have our citizens obtain weapons because it is seen as bad. A government that has no problems lying to us as in the case in Benghazi where now we need answers and Hilary Clinton all the sudden suffers a concussion where she is not allowed to testify. I know I seem to many as a cynical and crazy but that is my feelings on the matter.

Mountain bike rider Inaki Lejarreta has died in a car accident. He was the nephew of the great Marino Lejarreta whom I admired. I always wondered why Inaki never concentrated in a road career and maybe he had the style, class and passion his uncle did and showed the new generation.

Please listen to the No Agenda Show to get the real news. It is amazing how the media manipulates the truth to accommodate agendas.
